Compensation for people suffering the frauds?

There are investors suffering for 100 000s AUD or even more. For a small investor 1000 can be a big loss.

Questions are:

1) Is an obvious continued fraud a crime under Australian law?

2) Is there a class action possibility under Australian law?


For Finnish rights the information has been constantly wrong

NPM continues the obviously fake ENEXD term sheet scenario which is just
a continuation of the their extremely strange businesses

On Nov 4 in amended Q3 report

they revealed that due diligence wuold have been done for both sides for the agreement with
the "Iranian oil-rig man",

There is a Termination Clause if condition were not satisfied by 30 October 2023


But they did not reveal that the deal actually passed Termination Date and expired
on 31 October 2023, which was amended to 31 Jan. by the release on 14 November 2023:
