For sure. The DCN board "strongly" recommended the initial offer and here we have a new one for the remaining holders that is more than double the initial one. I would be pissed if I'd taken the boards advice and accepted the first BS offer given they now also "strongly recommend" the new offer. There was NO regard for shareholders by the DCN board imo.
Right now I can get 22 cents for my shares and the initial offer was what? 9 cents?
I'll try holding out for the 27 cents that will come if GMD have KIN and Delphi on board.
