Unfortunately I think you are right Invertedva... we arent going to get compensated.

However any announcement that DERM is allowing the pilot to resume (even in the absence of any compensation or admission of mistake) would immediately cause the CXY price to pop to 8c or more in my honest opinion.... (i.e. back to where she was before the stoppage minus a bit for the dilution that has occured since then from the capital raisings, partly offset by the option value of the china developments).

As much as i would like that outcome - i don't hold out much hope. Governments dont need to act rationally (especially QLD ones).

No I am holding for the offshore growth story. Anything from Kingaroy is an unexpected bonus at this point.
