Do you have any details of who to contact at ASIC to raise the compensation question?Or any other group/people
who are attempting to get some sort of a refund?

This leaves you in the camp of either funding action yourself or getting a group together.
If you mean will action by ASIC end in compensation. If you still do not have your money back. You would think a refund would be forthcoming.
ASIC would be the people to talk too on this.

Action is being taken against Peter at NKP.
A special genral meeting has been called to release loan documents on a related party loan.
It seems this is prelude to a large investor potentially suing the cap'en if I'm reading the NKP thread right.
