Been following for a while now and continuing delays with Sole Project are becoming a concern. Now months behind schedule. Tends to imply some persistent problems being encountered with the APA processing plant.
I haven't seen it stated anywhere but has management ever clarified if APA has to pay any compensation for the continuing delays? The share price is tending to indicate that COE wears the losses from revenue delayed to who knows when. Is this likely to end in a legal dispute?
