Couldn't find any reference to it in any of the recent Sole Project Updates, Business Update or most recent Quarterly report.
The following comment is in the Half Year report, 'liquidated damages of $9.0 million received as a consequence of the delay to the commencement of gas production from the Orbost Gas Processing Plant disclosed as a significant item above; ' That's the only refernece I could find.
Will keep searching,
