Firstly, I wouldn't think that CZM needs to have any opinion on the BoD at OIL. Its none of their business as long as the company is professionally run, and it supplies their orders and complies with contract obligations. Secondly, their interactions would likely be with technical staff and managers.
It would be equally pointless to ask if OIL is in support of the BoD at CZM.
