Juk has put forward well considered views on the limited drilling results to date. The one aspect that does not correlate is the valoue of the in-situ REE.
Juk has applied a cut off grade of 1% and calculated an average grade of over 0.8% for the reported intervals.
NTU have indicated that the current value of 1% REE is $4,800.
Thus the cut-off is 3 ounces of gold per ton and the average is over 70g/t.
This focus on grade without relating it to metal value seems disconnected.
I am very positive on NTU because of the high value/tone which means that NTU do not have to locate a vast deposit - even 1million tones would convert to $US4.8 billion meaning a series of moderate sized pods would be very valuable.
