It is not an accusation. I have really enjoyed gold stories since i was a young person. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED WITH REGARDS TO PROGRESS OF THE MINE. Any progress in regards to chemical processes etc... is minimal in the extreme. Its your money, so good luck.
