If you believe that this product is indeed the best (soon to be) in the Market - the major thing that can make a UNS investment 'a not so good one' is a better product comes along. Because of the slow ramp programme relative to the size of the market, Unilife's competitors do have a few years to either invent and produce a better product or just buy Unilife.

Does anyone know of any products that threaten UNS??

I note a hot copper member recently posted "Becton Dickenson have now lost two patent challenges re their safety syringes". I take this to mean they have illegally copied someone else? Who have they copied? More details would be great.

Does anyone know of any threating Patents registered? Any other fully integrated prefilled syringes out there?

And when do UNS patents run out?
