Greetings fellow investors,
Since DW8 is evolving and we have a very dedicated DW8 Growth thread, I figured it's time to open up a healthy discussion thread for competition and what other interesting movements are happening within the Industry. Potential future partners, collaborations, wineries, etc.
The primary reason is to have a place where we can share our personal opinions (without being attacked for it), discuss Big Companies (Like Amazon), and keep it all organised in one thread.
I've been following the Industry for quite some time, and if we're thinking about wine, we're thinking about liquor and that brings us to the next big obsession - Craft Beer. Sooner or later we'll have to adapt, I know we're talking about a lower shelf life - but none of the less, I found some interesting examples to share and would love to hear your opinions.
Keeping in mind - these are B2C models and not B2B (which makes DW8 a logical solution for providing larger businesses).

They just announced their partnership with Ticketek, as an exclusive partner for events. Makes sense, since Beer tends to be a popular choice at large events (once they are allowed to happen). Strikes me as a vote of confidence, I like what they're doing - question is, what do we take away from this into the DW8 model?
