THIS IS NOT A GOOD RESEARCH REVIEW, BUT I'M TRYING TO IMPROVE AND LOOKING TO COLLABORATE INFORMATION AND LEARN MORE ABOUT M7T'S COMPETITORS

    Hello all,

This is a post cause I'd like to guess match what I have researched in terms of competition vs M7T and what the risks/benefits you see are (vs what I have researched). I'm sure many of you know the pie chart from below giving us the market share in 2017, however I have also found Infinitt healthcare as one, and Carestream was acquired by Philips healthcare1 (let me know if I am wrong here).

In terms of how I have researched a few of these organizations, obviously there are some big players, IBM, GE, Fuji and Philips are always going to be the larger sharks in the sea. They have larger pools of funding and other segments of business they can use to draw information, connections and tools from. I think this is important personally as they have the ability to increase the AI/IT requirements as this industry evolves. One thing with larger organizations is they have a less intimate customer service experience, and with that will always lose some portion of the market that needs that extra care. Sectra and Agfa also fit into this grouping for me, large revenues, broad operations with multiple segments and divisions.

NTT is a IT/Data company so I don't believe in terms of the evolution of the industry they are a major competitor for me and I see them fading away.
Hyland Healthcare boast their VNA leader in Acuo, is very global in its services but I believe they are more towards EMR than enterprise imaging so whilst overlap not necessarily the same product M7T provides.

Albeit my research has not been able to give revenue numbers, contracts or the quantitative data that I personally would like, but I can't seem to find it myself (so if you know or know how to please let me know). I viewed M7T as now quite a good company in regards to it's space it works in as it is a focused company on it's products (I mean this in the sense that NTT does it's data thing, GE/Philips does a million other things, Sectra sells systems). It has it's own VNA, specialized sales force and for the most part these contracts are at 100% gross margin . It's definitely not a monopolist in this space, and not even in our own country2, and but it does have a higher growth rate than some of it's competitors (may just speak to their point in the business more than the value of the business itself).

Please let me know if I'm wrong, and also please help provide more insight into some of these companies, I struggled to find much.

Both those links above are linked to the 2019 RSNA conference, specifically revolving around enterprise imaging (for those who want some more general info like I needed)

*For what it's worth I attempted a CLV:CAC calculation and with 5%-10% churn I got a number of 20-40 which is well over BE.
