Brilliant! Firstly thanks for contributing to this discussion, had no idea about this KLAS so this is a nice add on. I can't seem to access the article or that page, how long down does that list go? I find it interesting the ranking of the top 6. I agree with your statements, I wonder if the acquisition idea has every been brought up. I think the upcoming short term future for both M7T and their competitors in terms of how they will shape their businesses. If I were to look at M7T I think if we get contract renewals that gives the good grade for those loyalty and relationship metrics, whilst intrinsically being aligned to a solid product. The fact they are aiming to be a cheaper alternative must mean they have good value. And I personally believe the BOD has done well to restructure the organization over a period of time and would give operations a solid mark there too.
