No worries at all! I couldn't agree more on the retention of customers following the contract period. Regarding the BOD, they recently hired Robert Bazzani as non-executive director. I have had the privilege of meeting him in the past and I think he will bring a tremendous amount to the table, especially considering where Mach7 are in their life cycle.
