Those balance sheet and dividend numbers are very impressive. Nice to have that as a partner.

Bullbar, you cant really use that number ($30m) to value the company as thats simply the value (loan) thats accrued over time between CCL and our BEE partner/s.
Has nothing with valuing the company...in fact, SIOC-CDT is not actually paying anything for CCL. Not upfront anyway. Hope they will meet their 26% as they have enough cash, clearly.
The true value of this company is much much higher than $120m.
Plus the 26% ownership is only for assets in CCL and not CCC (ie: Botswana, Kenya, Columbia etc etc).
