Not so much competition for us, but maybe for IQE? it isn't related to Zero spin Silicon, they were using normal Silicon in their process but they seem to have found a way using Chemical Vapor Disposition at much lower temperatures which stops the substrate from cracking, if it works at commercial level it should help with Moore's law, it is all about CMOS technology is what I read!
