Burwood in Sydney is where one of the high profile cases in Sydney was first found nothing more, I do not know what else u find there. They were considering how the West would do a "Wuhan" and whether UNSW, Rhodes, Eastwood, Burwood and Clayton (Vic) could in a country like Australia ever practically have populations put in quarantine?
The more people in quarantine and the less going out, not to mention the economic effect which causes consumers to go from WOW to Aldi, the less WOW shopping, boozing and gambling that gets done? Simple?
