Of course it's not worth nothing but I still think RAC hold the right bower. The way I see it Chen and his squad theorised that inhibiting FTO could be a potent cancer killer so they looked for the absolute best FTO inhibiting molecule they could find. They found it was CS1. They just finished doing somersaults when they realised RAC owned all the patents to CS1. I've got no doubt they tried everything to circumvent the patents but bad luck. Big tick for RAC and patent lawyers who built our thorny patent thicket. COH have nothing except maybe a Nobel without our molecule. They can find or build a new one that's better. Good luck. I get that RAC is a minnow with not enough cash or pull to get through some Phase 2 to prove up FTO but I hope our brains trust doesn't roll over at the negotiating table. (I think the Dr T mystery is enmeshed here somewhere). Time will tell. Onward.
