i really do think that management should have had a go at OXR. Would have been a great acquisition which would have complimented their cash cow. However, going for AGM is really not a company maker. OXR have about a $5b market cap (similar to ZFX) so a $10b company which is well diversified (OXR assets) and includes strong cash flows (ZFX) with expertise in developing mines (OXR) would really be a force.

Just have to wait and see I suppose, but I think it is now more likely that ZFX will be the prey.
