A man went to the doctor for a check up and at the end the doctor told him to sign the medicare form.. .the patient said, but Doc this is a rectal thermometer... and the doc said, oh darn some bum has got my pen............ and the patient said, so what some Thai Government has got my mining leases.... and the doc said, son I'm afraid I'm going to have to put you down.... and the patient said, why because I have a sore ear.... and the doc said, no because you are very heavy, then they both walked into a bar, OUCH!!! and then the doc said I'm flying to Thailand to perform a new surgery...
