I would also like to know when the company knew of the genuine clone issue and also why some very large holders sold their holdings before any disclosure was made available to the public. In relation to lost codes, I have heard a few different stories. One is that a laptop containing design criteria was lost in China and the contents copied, Two, the laptop was compromised while in China and this allowed Chinese into the computer system when the laptop was back in Australia.
The question is, if any of the above actually happened then it could have a severe impact on the companies future.
I would love to be a fly on the wall at the next board meeting.
