I wouldn't rule out BioPower. They are backed by Lend Lease so I assume they have easy access to the 2 for 1 cash requirement if they get an REDP grant. Also, their web site is very professional. I think this is an indicator of good management. I'm not ramping them I'm just saying they look like an able cotender. Problems I see with their approach: the bioWave gizmo is HUGE (25 m high) and must be extremely expensive to manufacture (but then again wind generators are huge also) plus the electricity is generated under water which riases manitenance and safetly issues. Have a look at the web site and check out the animations though. Nice graphics.
