Calling for the complete removal of the board might be too drastic at the moment. Perhaps a polite request signed by many SHers first? Needs to be thought out and revolve around the cutting of unnecessary expenses.

So I'd be gunning for -

1)no related party transactions.
2)non executive director on the board
3)reduction of management pay by 50%
4)Considering our sales are supposed to be done through resellers - removal of sales staff
5)Considering sales are done through PB, relocation of HQ to far cheaper premises as high profile HQ not required.
6) Closing of unnecessary offices such as San Francisco.

I think that expenses can be halved based on the above and other cuts.

If MB wont budge on the above, THEN call an EGM requisitioning removal of board.
