Of course there will always be competition. But at present there is no immuntherapy based, or direct competition. I beleive it will be complimentary - this is my own speculating.

http://www.primabiomed.com.au/projects/prodDocuments/FactSheet_OvarianCancer.pdf You are right in that cvac follows surgery and first line chemo. However, cvac intends replace second line chemo and supplment end stage treatment. This may change depending on the phase 3 results.
Its worth anyone investing long term to look at that link.
