That's totally different story.
If the project is in CFC's hand, even if the net profits is nil, CFC can still make money from interest of the fund they invest.
If the project is in DML's hand, DML can only suffer a big loss struggling paying the interests.
SHs should realize this project could be far beyond DML's ability to develop.
