Yes, I see what you are saying. Maybe I am used to things like this changing, having been in a sales/marketing role in a previous life, so I took the most recent date. I am aware that you do refer to some matters going back a year and you seem to feel that when plans change it is a sign of weakness. On the contrary, having been in the hot seat myself, I recognise that there are times when plans need to change and often things out of your control have influenced those changes.
You ask, how has it not been launched globally?!?! My response is that, yes, there have been media statements in other parts of the world, however I'm not at all convinced the formal launch has occurred in USA, Europe or Asia, so no, not a global launch.
