I doubt that ann will have the funding (at least, not funding organised, they may outline the approach). What I expect you will see is:
* Satellite partner - establishes costs and launch dates
* then Customer MOUs converted to contracts (Ben said they need launch dates to take this step)
* then with costs established and contracted revenue they can arrange funding
