Was formerly called Powerlines Pro but they changed to Neara to expand to assets beyond Powerlines. It has a good physics engine, you can see the force on the pole when conductors are x length etc. Its pretty good for network designers, the whole condition monitoring / analytics piece doesn't seem that great at this stage but they are evolving.
