I still think that FBR are ahead but it doesn't mean that FBR will be more successful. Icon are better funded and are waaaaaaaaayyyyyy ahead on the marketing side.
FBR's biggest advantage is that it integrates into the current building process.Icon is a major reinvention of the building process.
