Maybe Im wrong to say that its very hard for 3D concrete arm to print straight. At least early 3D concrete printers do look that way (Apis Cor).

With the Gantry and more Arm- like printers, 3D printing has become a lot straighter.

But the curve "hive" like texture is something I think they can never get rid of. It needs to be extruded as liquid like form before turning into solid, thats the nature. And it is slow, because each layer has to cure.

To catch up to FBR's speed, 3D print material science has to advance to the point where the concrete cures in seconds and be able to bear alot of weight.

Because FBR lays a solid block per 10 seconds or so. With the future HX112, the speed difference will only get greater. How many layers of concrete x time to cure = 1 soild 45 kg block?

FBR's biggest advantage over 3D prints is the speed to knock up traditional houses the human psyche is used to. Human psyche dont evolve easily with something as instinctal as accomodation.

Curve, hive like / biomimetic architecture had trends ranging from the 60s to the 80s, if they would go mainstream, they would have. They became extinct.

Im not interested curve houses, neither do I need to bash them. If money is no issue, im a mutli millionaire, which one will i choose. A "normal" block laid house or a 3D printed house? Of course the block one.
