Weren't the Pivacs previously debating whether to license DST to the toothpaste builders or get into using HX for toothpaste builds themselves? Not sure what the patent situation would be, but perhaps in future FBR can offer both block and toothpaste builds. Blocks have certain advantages: the quick drying time Hayashi mentioned, they're less daunting for a conservative industry, plus you can make a block out of hemp, ice, concrete, clay, futuristic materials etc
