the competition has 5 men on their 2 weeks builds that place metal cross connections in the wall and place epoxyd in rebar in the upper layer to later attach a roof
they can't print in 1 continuous print they need to stop after 10 layer's and let them dry before going ahead, this also varies depending temperature outside.
With the time and amount of men used you could just go with a traditional cement mold pour as their is no significant cost or time difference
