Note, the idea of DST is not unique. Its the implementation/cases/specific use case that is patentable. DST, as an engineering/science is not patentable. But the use of DST for construction in possibly a specific way is. HEnce the question. Is our patent specific enough, but still broad enough to cover it adequately. THis is where a good patent lawyer comes in.
I'm not saying ICON has infringed on it. I"m saying if it does, what recourse do we have. A potential lawsuit can take YEARS.
