meant to be a joke. But sure, the same thing happen to WB. I supposed it’s possible FBR demands too much. It’s a good sign as that means FBR has its pick of partners to go. As others has stated. Once we in the US and it’s proven we have the much superior technology. It might not matter if our patent were infringed or not. I know it’s more an uphill battle for FBR in legal cases like this: But I also think we need to create the right perception on who has the better technology. That could mean going after them on patent infringement . I have faith in management.
