Good question , best no choice on type of build by customers.
Let price and profit drive what developers decide to sell .
FBR built and sold.No choice except will I buy this block adhesive house at thus price in this location on that size lot.
DRH and Lennar will most probably own land , build and sell.
Market conditions like housing and land prices and climate conditions would probably dictate.
Horses for courses IMO
Space for both.
