Need to give this one time.
FBR may be very slow (heard anything about HX on its way to America yet?, will 10+ structures be built prior to next shake of the tin?), but they are smart men.
We know they prioritise patents. It has even come out in announcements before. Why do this unless you plan to use them. I am a little surprised with ICON using the same wording that is a bit to suss. In reality tech is moving faster than ever and regardless of ICON the advantage is slowing down as other solutions start to arrive. I doubt they could say much in regard to any legal movements.
Key take away is bricks and HX seem to be cheaper and much faster. Following trades is still up to debate but I don't see how toothpaste could be easier.
I do hope FBR move fast in the next phases. This pause or lack of communication specific to the 110 HX status makes me concerned they will build, improve, build, improve like they did with 109 and all of a sudden were rattling the tin again with little to no success of an increased SP drowning further in dilution. That is my only worry that due to perfection they haven't yet moved past the need for improvements at every chance when what we need is revenue and expansion in the market.
