Actually it's probably unlikely that FBR is compatible with internal walls made of timber or steel frames. These days most frames are made in factories - if they are put up first then Hadrian can't reach the walls on the far side, if Hadrian builds the external walls first then it probably becomes impossible to deliver the prefab frames.
So Hadrian at a minimum must build the interior walls.
I think there is scope for some of these competitors to work in conjuction with hadrian - eg to access difficult spots, or lay the first course on uneven foundations - but that is for the future.
Right now FBR has got to get going. Fast.
