Timber will eventually be too costly , steel stud framing will mostly replace timber to a certain extent imo , timber and steel will only be used in areas where HX cannot be used or on soils where structures need to be lighter , there will alway’s be room for other types of construction in this industry but if all goes as planned , Brick construction will be the method of choice going into the future imo , it has been for hundreds of years and now finally will come back in strength thanks to HX and all the major Brick manufacturers know this ! SPEED and PRICE …secret sauce = TIME IS MONEY ! as mentioned by Mike in that last interview.
