Perfect example of fibre blocks, Not that hemp fibre cannot be used for other purposes.
Many other fibres like corn waste etc can be used.
Sand is also becoming harder to source and expensive.
with alot of areas where sand mining was once allowed now closed down.
Might not be an issue o/seas but an issue here.
