Re webinar, recommend watching it.
Something new from Mark is comparison of building in USA Florida verses Australia from what I recall , may have misunderstood some bits ?

• USA seems to release large amounts of land for building , compared to Australia , eg Perth , land scarce and tiny blocks , and often sold to future home owners , even in developments.
• USA large scale , rinse and repeat.Even in developments in Australia , many different builders in one street
• Scale in USA , building in 90 days , reducing time to build walls from 10 to 1 or 2 days has far more benefits and impact than in Australia , where it takes a year to build.
• Lack of support commitment from builders and government.re chicken and the egg problem.eg can build highway sound walls , but want to see installation of 20kms of wall.Same with housing , come up with 20 hadrians to replace bricklayers first.
• CRH willing to put up $40m to build 20 hadrians , , conditional and plan to go to 300
• Manufacturing hadrians Australia , building in Perth now , but makes sense to build USA compliant in USA , rather than send trucks to Australia , assemble and then send back to USA.
