Mike Pivac needs to get to a more serious platform. And keep reiterating FBR is the first inventor of the DST, blends in with existing building methods and build houses people have always been used to, at a speed no one else can. Think about patent lawsuits when we have enough clout, if ever.

However, can he engage the audience like Jason Ballard. Compare the quality of JB's presentation and marketing to the Pivacs' fkg grey isolated webinars.

And compare the speed of how they come up with their "DST", legit or not. And how long it took the Pivacs to assemble the HX110 and fkg still hasnt ship yet.

Jason Ballard is a very good salesman, exuding good stage presence and charisma. Arouse and engage audiences well. A typical "tech visionary" pitch. No surprise coming from an ex pastor. Took digs at "rectangular" houses. Cleverly incorporated AI in his sales pitch. Hired a famous architect to endorse.

Now compare the Pivacs !! Can either of the Pivacs even conjure up the above? Simon Amos with Gertrude? Hahaha!

Those AI designed tree / cliff houses, hobbit caves are very gimicky. May not be feasible in real life: finding the location, passing building codes etc, the time and cost of building them. Doesnt matter, what matters is he sells it well, ran with it and stole the show.

You people realise that he had pulled the DST rug from our feet, called us boring, called himself the future with gimicky CGI and rode the AI hype all in one go. All points to me this guy is one mfkg machiavellian bastard.
