The question is has ICON infringed on FBR DST for constructions. And if FBR has filed Patent application for "3d printing". And if the Patent filed is Specific enough, but also broad enough to cover what ICON "Dynamic stabilisation". Note, from the video, the engineer used the words "Dynamic Stabilisation".
We will see if the money we paid to Johnatthan is worth it or not.
I'm saying, no point having all these patents, when you have a competitor bypassing it in some ways, or in this case, we don't enforce it.
If we do have to enforce it, do we have the resources to do it? I'm also hoping CRH comes into the picture if that is the case. Surely, CRH wants FBR to have the advantage, since they are backing them up. 2Billion ICON vs 300mil FBR? or 2Billion ICON vs 40Billion CRH/FBR?
