I already have too many GRB shares... but 8.5c is tempting... maybe I need another drink...
As for a takeover price I think if someone lobbed in a 15c per share offer, there would likely be a competitive bid that would push 18c. My own speculation of course. Depends on how keen management is to sell as they hold a massive chunk of the stock - not seen a register lately to know how much, but I'm guessing they have enough to determine whether a sale would happen or not. Lion will be cashed up if the dairy sale gets through the FIRB.
