I agree with Oldmate111 in that we would not be going for those brands. Matsos was a bolt on buy as we were already doing the brewing... to take on a majors brand - would probably require further scale investment to keep up with the volume - and I doubt the sale of cider brands would include brewing plant
Balter went for a song for what its growth potential is and its standing amongst the craft beer market... IMO I don't think the same value would be attached to the above mentioned brands... but I doubt we could even afford the asking price with debt... or would want to.
East coast scale and microbreweries is where we are at, complementary indy craft beer brand on east coast would provide us some scale and another brand
