You are late on this one. Do your research on Alex Grant one of the founders of Lilac. He gave an interview and stated the fact that you can't just apply the technology to any brine.

Reason is to do with the constituents that make up the brine. Anson Resources was the first cab off the rank a couple of years ago but Lake Resources came through and over took because they have low impurities and the right type of low impurities that best leverages the technology.

Anson Resources requires additional processes to use the technology and don't have the same grades at bench scale as Lake which affects the bottom line moving forward.

The type of brine goes hand in hand with the technology. Not saying a miner cant use their technology but this does not mean they will get high grade Lithium Carbonate because they used it using a standard flow sheet. The shoe needs to fit.

Kachi Brine is a new type of world class. The metrics have changed. Lilac and Lake need each other to maximise the best product outcome. As David Snydacker the CEO of Lilac has stated Kachi is one of the most important Lithium projects in the world. This coming from someone who has already had involvement with other miners who have more cash. Clearly Kachi offers so much more.

having no exclusive rights over Lilacs Tech does not level the playing field for other miners. Chemistry does not have a bias towards such things. Only short sellers.
