You’ve raised some valid points. Though I encourage you to do some research, as Echo IQ are not the only players with FDA approval. Take a look at the FDA’s approval letter written to EIQ see how they mentioned that the technology already exists. I stand by my comment that while FDA approval is a hurdle, it’s not insurmountable—especially when others are ahead in the game, a precedent has been set, and competitors have vast resources to reverse engineer existing technology, prove their concept and navigate regulatory approvals. Regardless of how you approach it, good execution requires deals, and deals require partnerships. Let’s not defend a position we like at the expense of acknowledging what is right.
