To lead, one must be able to communicate effectively and inspire confidence. Simply noting that someone talks is stating the obvious without adding value. Personally, I am indifferent to his speaking ability and his capacity to instill confidence in others. What matters is that he’s the type of leader we need to attract top talent and influence major companies. His communication skills are our advantage.
