Looks like it can stand alone, does not need the cloud.
It has less powerful processing power, however it is low power and is small enough to fit into small IoT devices. It does not have one shot learning on chip either.
I think it will be a competitor, but Brainchip will be the indistry standard and offer a better product for the top end products. All IMO
