As a holder, its getting easier to see where Brainchips stated 3 - 5 year lead is reality.
A posters competition has been offered as per snip below.
Based on their own proposed timeline, if chips are available in Q4 2023 and its been stated that prospective customers need 1 - 2 years to complete integration into products prior to sales then with BRN having partners already working 1 - 2 years then I believe Peter and his team are correct.
The first mover advantage also means they are working on future versions while others go through the process to bring their research chips to market.
I do note that the user who posted this would have only done so if they believe they truly are competition.
Im one of many in a growing group that see this thread as exciting for our future.

Note: Ive overlooked that they are only producing chips for sale. High dependency is placed on the semi-conductor market & Taiwan with this route.
The quoted production timeline could easily blow out when producing physical chips. I wish them luck with their endeavours as I believe competition is healthy for any industry. 3 - 5 years is such a long time.
