In terms of the race to come up with lower power chips, a non-Intel person said at the 25:11 mark:

"So there's been, you know, an absolute blossoming of investment in chip startups and trying these things. This is definitely the time of great ideas. Will they all be successful? Absolutely not. But now, I would say more than ever, there is a chance that out there in some corner of the world, there is a chip startup that will be everywhere within maybe the next 10 years".

Will BRN be one of the successful ones? At this point it remains to be seen but probability is likely not on their side...
